We opened Formatgeria La Seu in January 2000 after spending 5 years visiting farms and getting to know Spanish farmhouse cheese and its cheesemakers. Our aim is to get the best cheese to your table and strive to defend and promote the production of farmhouse cheese. We believe that the variety and the difference between different productions are elements that must be defended because behind every cheese there are persons, livestock, pastures, culture a style of life and a way of doing things with love and affection.
