Aim: Introduction to the world of Spanish farmhouse cheese: the making of a fresh cheese: acheese tasting with analysis - selecting the finest from our range in the shop and finally , a lunch with cheese, wine and fruit.

Refunds Will only be given if a person cancels one week in advance i.e. the Saturday before the course.
