Cows milk

Las Garmillas -  a pancake shaped cheese from Cantabria. A very unusual cheese which needs a lot of looking after on our part.

Arzua-ulloa, D.O.P. a pale, semi-soft creamy cheese from Galicia

Goat’s milk

El petitOt d’Alba - exquisite and unpasteurised from their own herd with a lovely bloomy rind. The cheese maker named his first cheese after his son ‘Ot’

Turó del Covent - an unpasteurised goat with a blue-grey bodega rind.

Sheep’s milk

Torta de la Serena, D.O.P. - soft, fluid and spreadable, with an intense taste. Made from the milk of Merino sheep it is a wonderful delicacy spread on bread or toast. It is coagulated with thistle heads.

Manchego, D.O.P. - ours is unpasteuerised with a minimum of six months maturing. Hints of almonds and great with manzanilla.

D. O.P.

Packing

All our cheeses are individually wrapped and can be boxed on request.
We do not vacuum pack, as we feel that our cheese deserves better care and respect. We hope you share our beliefs.
